Our practice continues to thoughtfully grow in response to increasing demand for therapy for women and couples in the DC area.

Our Approach

At Sarah Moore LPC, we provide thoughtful, depth-oriented therapy for women and couples navigating anxiety, relationship stress, parenthood, burnout, life transitions, and the complexities of modern professional life.

With offices in Rosslyn, Arlington and Northwest Washington, DC, our practice serves clients across Northern Virginia and the DC area who are looking for meaningful therapeutic work in a warm, professional setting.

Our Arlington office is conveniently located near the Rosslyn Metro, serving clients from Arlington, McLean, Georgetown, Northwest DC, Alexandria, and surrounding communities.

As our practice continues to grow and evolve, we are expanding our focus on women’s mental health, relationships, and integrated emotional wellness services for adults across seasons of life.

We are currently seeking a licensed therapist or couples therapist to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis.

A Thoughtful Private Practice Environment

We have intentionally built a boutique group practice that values:

  • strong clinical care

  • professionalism and reliability

  • depth-oriented therapy

  • collegial collaboration

  • sustainable careers for therapists

Our clients are often high-functioning professionals, couples, parents, and women balancing demanding careers, relationships, and family life. They are thoughtful, motivated, and looking for therapy that goes beyond surface-level coping strategies.

Many of the women we work with are highly self-aware and proactive. They tend to identify concerns early, seek out information and resources, and want thoughtful support as they make meaningful changes in their lives and relationships.

This includes women exploring:

  • stress and burnout

  • relationship patterns

  • anxiety and emotional overwhelm

  • transition to parenthood

  • identity and life transitions

  • and their relationship with alcohol in a thoughtful, nonjudgmental way

Our approach is often a strong fit for women who may not identify with traditional addiction treatment models, but who want support understanding patterns around coping, emotional health, habits, and sustainable change before problems become more entrenched.

We are especially interested in clinicians who enjoy working with:

  • couples and relationship dynamics

  • women’s mental health

  • anxiety and stress

  • transition to parenthood

  • high-achieving or emotionally complex clients

  • alcohol use concerns and behavior change in women

Training or experience in couples therapy, EFT, Gottman Method, psychodynamic therapy, relational therapy, or integrative approaches is welcomed.

Our practice offers the warmth and flexibility of private practice with the support of an established referral network and collaborative team environment.

Benefits of joining our team may include:

  • Beautiful office space in Arlington and Northwest DC

  • Rosslyn office location near the Metro

  • Hybrid flexibility with both in-person and virtual work

  • Strong referrals from an established private-pay practice

  • Administrative and scheduling support

  • Collegial consultation and mentorship

  • Professional autonomy within a supportive environment

  • Opportunity to grow a specialty area or niche

We value clinicians who are thoughtful, engaged, dependable, and interested in building meaningful long-term work.

We are especially interested in clinicians who are excited by the evolving future of women’s mental health and relationship-focused care.
