Support Groups provide the ultimate in self care.

Studies show that the right support group can be incredibly powerful for healing and wellbeing.

Whether a client has lost a loved one, is experiencing a divorce or has extra postpartum stress, we prioritize finding them a place to feel understood and eventually, at peace. Below, please find a list of groups our clients have found to be the most helpful.

Groups nudge us towards personal reflection and positive change in ways individual therapy cannot.

Incorporating psycho-education, evidence based information, humor, and deep personal exploration groups can help individuals improve their own self care practices and increase their abilities to deal with stress.
